Description

Lead the architecture and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM systems to model and automate business processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect CRM systems, customizations, and reports while participating in design sessions with business users.
• Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and Dynamics Portals.
• Develop SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML.
• Automate business processes using Microsoft Flow and the D365 CDS PowerApps model.
• Resolve technical issues involving servers, ETL packages, SQL, and SSRS.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, Silverlight, and MVC.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including SSRS and report development.
• Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Hands-on experience with CRM SDK and tools like XRMToolbox.
• Ability to configure security groups, roles, and teams.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, and Visual Studio.
• Knowledge of SSIS or ETL technologies using Scribe.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic, Azure Functions, Data Export Service, and Azure SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certifications on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
