Description

Lead the architecture and development of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to support business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect the CRM system, including customizations, reports, and models to align with organizational processes.
• Design and document business requirements through active participation in architecture sessions with key users.
• Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and Dynamics Portals.
• Develop SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML.
• Maintain the code repository, Azure DevOps backlog, and source control.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM XRM projects.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and MVC.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and SSRS report development.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and Silverlight.
• Working knowledge of CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Ability to configure security groups, roles, and teams.
• Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and the CRM SDK.
• Proficiency with 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox.
• Familiarity with SSIS or ETL technologies using Scribe.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
