Description

Lead the architecture and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems to align with business processes. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect CRM systems, including customizations, reports, and modeling of organizational processes.
• Design and build CRM forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and Dynamics Portals.
• Develop SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML.
• Automate business processes using Microsoft Flow and the D365 CDS PowerApps model.
• Maintain code repositories, Azure DevOps backlogs, and source control while resolving technical issues.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM XRM projects.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and FetchXML.
• Hands-on experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Expertise in plugins, scripting, form creation, and MVC.
• Ability to configure security groups, roles, and teams.
• Experience using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and the CRM SDK.
• Familiarity with XRMToolbox for CRM administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Silverlight.
