Description

You will own the technical implementation, customization, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 CRM environments. You will ensure system stability through rigorous troubleshooting, updates, and data integrity management.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend CRM functionality.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports within the system.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Execute data migration tasks including mapping, cleansing, and importing.
• Manage role-based security models and maintain data integrity across integrated platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure Services.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and Web Services.
• Experience working with middleware solutions for system integration.
• Ability to design and maintain data models, entities, and relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting complex system issues.
