Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft Sustainability Manager and Dynamics 365.
• Monitor service health and implement preventive controls and automated recovery.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
• Design and support scalable solutions across Microsoft platforms.
• Engineer and troubleshoot data models, applications, and integrations.

Skills Required:

• 4 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Sustainability Manager.
• Hands-on expertise in Power Apps and Power BI.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data services.
• Understanding of data governance and responsible AI controls.

Good to Have:

• Experience with SQL.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
