Description

You will architect and deliver end-to-end Microsoft Fabric solutions, including OneLake, Lakehouses, Warehouses, and Real-Time Intelligence components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design lakehouse medallion architectures (Bronze/Silver/Gold) on OneLake with Delta Lake strategies, partitioning, and Z-ordering.
• Lead delivery of Azure Synapse Analytics, Data Factory pipelines, and Databricks solutions for large-scale data transformation.
• Build and govern Power BI semantic models using DirectLake mode, DAX standards, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Implement Microsoft Purview for data cataloging, lineage, sensitivity labeling, and policy enforcement across Fabric and Azure assets.
• Architect AI-ready data layers, feature stores, and RAG pipelines to support Azure OpenAI and AI Foundry workloads.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in data platform architecture and engineering.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric components: OneLake, Lakehouses, Warehouses, Dataflows Gen2, and Notebooks.
• Strong proficiency in Azure Synapse Analytics (SQL pools, Spark pools) and Azure Data Factory (CDC, incremental loads).
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Unity Catalog governance, and Spark-based transformations.
• Skilled in Power BI semantic modeling, DAX, Row-Level Security, and CI/CD for analytics assets.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Purview for data governance, lineage, and security policies.
• Proficiency in CI/CD practices for data and analytics deployments.
• Experience with Azure Event Hubs, IoT Hub, and Stream Analytics for real-time ingestion.
• Ability to produce HLD/LLD documents and make technology trade-off decisions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing GraphRAG and RAG pipelines using Fabric as the data backbone.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) tool servers for agentic AI consumption.
