Description

You will design and implement modern data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric. You build scalable ETL pipelines, manage Lakehouse and data warehouse architectures, and deliver analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Microsoft Fabric components, including OneLake, Lakehouse, and Warehouse environments.
• Build secure and scalable data engineering solutions using Fabric Notebooks, Spark applications, and Azure Data Factory pipelines.
• Develop, schedule, and optimize Spark jobs and SQL queries for data processing and reporting.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports and semantic models integrated with Fabric.
• Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools and manage version control with Git.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Fabric.
• Expertise in OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Fabric Notebooks.
• Strong experience building ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience building data warehouses in Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
• Experience implementing Spark applications in Fabric, scheduling Spark jobs, and writing Spark SQL queries.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS services.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of real-time analytics in Microsoft Fabric.
