Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions leveraging Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and implement Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for modern data platforms.
• Build and optimize Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions using OneLake.
• Develop batch and streaming data ingestion pipelines using Fabric Data Factory.
• Design semantic models and analytics solutions using Power BI and Direct Lake.
• Enable AI-driven analytics through Data Agents and Copilot integrations.
• Establish data governance frameworks utilizing Microsoft Purview, including lineage, classification, and sensitivity labels.
• Implement security strategies including RBAC, RLS, and workspace access controls.
• Provide guidance on capacity planning, performance optimization, and cost management.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical reviews, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with data engineers, BI developers, and AI teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and analysts on Microsoft Fabric technologies and standards.

Required Qualifications

✅ 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Analytics Platforms.

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.

Strong expertise in:

• Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, and OneLake
• Fabric Data Factory and Pipelines
• Power BI, Direct Lake, and Semantic Modeling
• Delta Lake
• Medallion Architecture and Data Modeling
• Microsoft Purview for Data Governance and Compliance
• SQL, PySpark, and Notebooks
• Enterprise-scale Data Platform Architecture
