Description

Lead the design, engineering, and deployment of Microsoft Identity Platform solutions, focusing on Active Directory and Entra ID.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Active Directory and Entra ID solutions, developing product roadmaps.
• Manage day-to-day platform configurations to support application integrations, workloads, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain architecture diagrams, system configurations, and deployment plans.
• Implement secure-by-design principles, governance, and risk management for all identity platforms.
• Mentor junior team members to improve technical knowledge and team learning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience planning, designing, and managing hybrid enterprise Active Directory and Entra environments.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, or scripting in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience working with agile methodologies on a product team.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, modern IDPs, directories, and authentication systems.
• Experience managing integrations with operational resiliency solutions like Splunk, NewRelic, or Rubrik.
• Experience with security posture hardening, vulnerability management, and secure architectures.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or 10 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years engineering mission-critical security services in a large, highly-regulated enterprise.
• Experience with 3rd party security tools for Active Directory such as Quest, CrowdStrike IDP, or Semperis.
• Expertise managing Entra tenants with Office365, Azure, and Conditional Access policies.
