Description

Design, implement, and manage Azure Identity and Access Management services, security configurations, and directory synchronization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions and conditional access policies.
• Monitor Azure AD services to investigate and resolve authentication, permissions, and synchronization issues.
• Perform gap analysis in Identity Governance processes and conduct regular security assessments.
• Integrate Azure AD with external systems, applications, and identity providers.
• Manage threat handling by identifying attack patterns and executing incident responses.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical IAM domain experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Identity Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Azure AD security, including Identity Protection and Conditional Access.
• Hands-on experience with SSO standards: OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Azure AD automation and management.
• Experience with Azure B2B collaboration, multi-tenant organizations, and cross-tenant synchronization.
• Practical knowledge of AWS and Identity Center.
• Understanding of On-prem Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.
• Ability to manage SSPR, MFA Converged Registration, and B2B one-time passcodes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience querying logs via Azure Monitor or Log Analytics.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Graph API.
