Description

Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Identity Manager architecture and engineering.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, operate, and optimize complex enterprise MIM environments.
• Lead architectural design sessions, proofs of concept, and deployment planning.
• Develop support strategies to reduce incidents and increase system availability.
• Communicate technical strategies, remediation plans, and tactics to C-Suite executives and stakeholders.
• Manage critical situations by creating documented action plans and leading post-incident triage.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager 2016 Sync, including management agents like ADDS, SQL, and MIMMA.
• Proficiency in synchronization logic (CS MV CS), attribute flow precedence, and AAConnect.
• Advanced knowledge of MIM 2016 Service/Portal, including workflows, criteria-based sets, and inbound/outbound synchronization rules.
• Experience managing set transitions, request-based management policy rules, and MIM self-service password reset (SSPR).
• Strong understanding of Active Directory Services, organizational units, directory structures, and object attributes.
• Technical proficiency in IIS, SQL instances, and PowerShell scripting.
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows Server environments using event logs and running processes.
• Understanding of search request processing and MIM scaling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting standard product workshops and technical white board sessions.
