Description

You will manage and support Windows, iOS, and Android device lifecycles through MECM and Intune, handling patching, configuration, and automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows devices, including AVD host pools, using the MECM console.
• Configure App Protection Policies, Configuration Policies, and Windows Autopilot.
• Handle application management for Android Play Store, iOS App Store, Windows Business Store, LOB, and Win32 applications.
• Execute SCCM patching processes, including SUG creation, deployment, and remediation script development.
• Implement conditional access policies and automate tasks using PowerShell.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and information systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and MECM.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Co-management Platform, and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, XML, and VBScript.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Computing.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Ability to perform real-time troubleshooting for SCCM/Intune from both backend and client sides.

Preferred Skills

• MS-100: Microsoft 365 Identity and Services certification.
• ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
