Description

Lead advanced Microsoft Intune management and serve as the L3 escalation point for complex device issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex enrollment failures, policy conflicts, and compliance issues across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS.
• Lead the migration from SCCM to Intune, translating Configuration Baselines and GPOs into Intune configuration and app protection profiles.
• Design, implement, and optimize Intune policies for security, performance, and organizational standards.
• Manage end-to-end device lifecycles, including Autopilot, Android Enterprise, patching, and application deployment.
• Mentor L1/L2 support engineers and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in endpoint management and support.
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Intune administration and troubleshooting.
• Deep understanding of Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS device management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Graph API and PowerShell for automation and reporting.
• Experience migrating workloads from SCCM to Intune.
• Strong grasp of Conditional Access, BitLocker, and Defender for Endpoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Zero Trust architecture implementation.
• Background in legacy SCCM administration and GPO migration.
