Description

You will design, build, and manage enterprise monitoring solutions to support infrastructure stability.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain vendor-based monitoring systems and tool integrations with ServiceNow.
• Write, document, and maintain Python scripts for API calls and automation tasks.
• Collaborate with platform engineers and architects to deliver solutions based on technical requirements.
• Troubleshoot large-scale applications, network architectures, and micro-service environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience installing, configuring, and supporting enterprise-scale monitoring solutions.
• Proficiency in Python programming for automation and API integration.
• Hands-on experience with Zenoss, SolarWinds, or Openview.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies, configurations, and concepts.
• Experience with IIS, SQL Server, SOAP, XML-RPC, and JSON.
• Expertise in monitoring and fault management for large-scale systems.
• Ability to work with micro-service architectures and internal system integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing Microsoft platforms including WMI, WinRM, Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, and IIS.
• Familiarity with Hypervisors such as ESX, Hyper-V, or Xen.
