Description

You will lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance for BI workloads.
• Estimate effort and costs for upcoming BI solution requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Apply Agile methodologies to the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on development within the Microsoft BI stack.
• Expertise in Power BI report and dashboard development.
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• Advanced SQL skills and database performance optimization.
• Knowledge of data analytics, data governance, and metadata management.
• Experience working within Agile development frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
