Description

You will develop and maintain enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions for HR, Finance, and ITS workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain PowerApps and Power Automate flows for approval processes and form routing.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD) and third-party systems.
• Standardize Power Platform environments and enforce governance best practices.
• Document business processes and provide knowledge transfer for sustainable operations.
• Troubleshoot existing solutions and recommend process improvements for legacy modernization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration.
• Experience developing complex approval chains and custom business logic.
• Ability to gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with document management platforms (OnBase experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on workflow efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
