You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement D365 Service module solutions to enhance customer service capabilities.
• Build and maintain Canvas Apps and Power Apps aligned with business requirements.
• Automate complex business processes using Power Automate to improve operational efficiency.
• Create intelligent chatbots and AI-driven tools using D365 Copilot Studio.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications, workflows, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365, specifically the Service module.
• Technical expertise in Power Apps development.
• Experience with D365 PP-Power Automate for process automation.
• Familiarity with D365 PP-Power Pages.
• Experience with D365 PP-Copilot Studio.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
