You will develop and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using D365 Service module to enhance customer service capabilities.
  • Build and maintain Power Apps and Canvas Apps based on business requirements.
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate to improve efficiency.
  • Utilize D365 GitHub Copilot and Studio tools to create intelligent chatbots.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications and workflows.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Expert knowledge of Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in Dynamic 365.
  • Technical skills in Power Apps.
  • Technical expertise in D365 PP-Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with D365 PP-Power Pages.
  • Experience with D365 PP-Copilot Studio.
  • Bachelor's degree.
