Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using D365 Service module to enhance customer service capabilities.
- Build and maintain Power Apps and Canvas Apps based on business requirements.
- Automate business processes using Power Automate to improve efficiency.
- Utilize D365 GitHub Copilot and Studio tools to create intelligent chatbots.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across applications and workflows.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional experience.
- Expert knowledge of Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Dynamic 365.
- Technical skills in Power Apps.
- Technical expertise in D365 PP-Power Automate.
- Familiarity with D365 PP-Power Pages.
- Experience with D365 PP-Copilot Studio.
- Bachelor's degree.
