Description

Responsible for designing| developing| and supporting business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The resource will own the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards| Power Automate workflows| and Power Apps applications to improve operational efficiency| reporting| and business processes across Microsoft environments. This individual must demonstrate strong accountability| stakeholder engagement| and the ability to deliver solutions independently in a fast-paced environment.A typical day involves collaborating with business stakeholders to understand reporting| automation| and application requirements| translating those needs into scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The individual will spend time designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports| creating and enhancing Power Automate workflows| and building or maintaining Power Apps applications that improve business processes and operational efficiency.The role also includes troubleshooting and optimizing existing solutions| validating data quality| testing enhancements| and ensuring deliverables align with business objectives and governance standards. They should have a proven track record of independently owning projects from requirements gathering through development| testing| deployment| and ongoing support.Education & ExperienceBachelors degree in Computer Science| Information Systems| Business Technology| or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).4+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.Experience working in enterprise environments supporting business operations| reporting| and process automation initiatives.Demonstrated ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.Technical ExpertiseAdvanced Power BI development| including data modeling| DAX| dashboard design| and report optimization.Strong experience building and maintaining Power Automate workflows and business process automations.Experience developing Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services| including SharePoint Online| Teams| Dataverse| and related integrations.Familiarity with SQL| Excel| APIs| and data integration concepts.Understanding of Power Platform governance| security| and best practices.Must Have Skills:Power Apps Development (4+ years)Power BI Development (4+ year)Power Automate Flow (2+ years)Requirement Analysis (4+years)
