Description

You will manage and configure Microsoft Project Web App (PWA) instances, ensuring accurate user settings, time reporting, and custom fields.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize PWA instances, including user management and time reporting structures.
• Create new projects or import existing SharePoint task lists into PWA.
• Develop and update Microsoft Project templates and automated workflows.
• Build interactive dashboards, forms, and reports using Power BI.
• Manage resource onboarding via Microsoft Project and coordinate Project Roles and Starting Points.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Microsoft Project Site Administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project administration and configuration.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Experience working with SharePoint task lists.
• Ability to configure PWA settings, custom fields, and time reporting.
• Experience managing automated workflows and project templates.

• Any Graduate degree.
