Description

You will design, implement, and manage virtual desktop infrastructure solutions using VMware Horizon and Microsoft RDS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect VDI solutions based on VMware Horizon and Microsoft RDS.
• Configure infrastructure components including VMware ESXi, vCenter, Horizon View, and Microsoft RDS.
• Optimize VDI performance, capacity planning, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to user experience, connectivity, and application delivery.
• Collaborate with network, storage, and security teams to ensure infrastructure integration.
• Maintain design documentation, standard operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with VMware Horizon and Microsoft RDS.
• Deep knowledge of VMware ESXi and vCenter.
• Experience managing Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell.
• Strong understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues through deep troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications such as VCP or MCSE.
