Description

Manage and secure Microsoft server environments, Azure resources, and Active Directory infrastructure with a focus on vulnerability management and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Patch vulnerabilities identified via penetration testing to secure the Microsoft server environment.
• Lead incident response and resolution efforts to ensure timely remediation of technical issues.
• Administer Azure resources and maintain Active Directory functionality and security.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, security settings, and organization distribution lists.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, email systems, and general server health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft server operations with Level 2-3 support focus.
• Azure administration and resource management.
• Active Directory maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Vulnerability management and patching protocols.
• Microsoft Teams and email system troubleshooting.
• Distribution list management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of scripting, automation tools, and network security best practices.
