Description

You will manage and support Microsoft cloud applications and server environments in mid-size infrastructures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online and Microsoft Defender for Office 365 to ensure email protection.
• Manage Entra ID Premium Access Policies to maintain secure identity environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing Microsoft cloud applications and server setups.
• Support and maintain mid-size environment infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender (O365) for email protection.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Entra ID Premium Access Policies.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and fix existing Microsoft cloud configurations.
• Understanding of virtualization concepts to assist with environment support issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
