Description

You design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem to improve business operations across multiple functions and regions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain solutions leveraging Microsoft Business Central, Power Platform, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical implementations while collaborating with international teams.
• Own the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and coding to testing, documentation, and support.
• Solve complex technical problems to continuously optimize business systems and deliver measurable impact.
• Ensure reliable and scalable delivery of technical implementations across diverse regions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in systems development and technical implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central and Power Platform.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure services.
• Experience managing the full development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within international, distributed teams.
• Proven track record of optimizing business systems and delivering scalable solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with modern technology ecosystems in a global context.
