Key Skills: M365 Admin, Office 365, Microsoft Tfs, Teams, SIP

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
• Support Teams Voice features including Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and call quality issues related to Teams.
• Manage and support identity services using Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Work with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online integrations.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth collaboration platform operations.
• Support security, compliance, and user access management activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve incidents and improve service delivery.
• Maintain documentation and follow ITIL-based support processes.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
• Good understanding of Teams Voice, SIP, and VoIP concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center and identity management using Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Exposure to SBCs, AudioCodes, Ribbon, or Teams Voice deployments is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with automation, monitoring tools, or Microsoft Graph API is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
