Description

Administer and support Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on voice features and identity management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environments.
• Support Teams Voice features including Calling Plans, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, and call quality issues related to Teams.
• Manage identity services using Azure AD / Entra ID and monitor system performance.
• Diagnose network issues involving TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP, and maintain ITIL-based documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration.
• Good understanding of Teams Voice, SIP, and VoIP concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Admin Center and identity management using Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Familiarity with Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant IT administration or engineering roles.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to SBCs, AudioCodes, Ribbon, or Teams Voice deployments.
• Familiarity with automation, monitoring tools, or Microsoft Graph API.
