Description

Engineer and maintain the Microsoft Teams platform infrastructure, ensuring reliable unified communications and collaboration tools.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Unified Communications tools like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage audio/video conferencing, whiteboarding, and screen sharing capabilities.
• Maintain network infrastructure components, including firewalls and proxies.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using scripting and APIs to streamline operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Unified Communications tools.
• Deep understanding of audio/video conferencing and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure (firewalls, proxies, network security).
• Experience with scripting and APIs for automation.
• Experience debugging and maintaining automation solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS-based solutions.
