Description

You will manage the technical setup, installation, and support of Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV equipment for corporate offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level technical support and installation for Microsoft Teams Rooms technology and AV hardware.
• Collaborate with AV integration partners on large-scale installation projects across multiple office locations.
• Support Executive Leadership Team meetings both on-site and at remote offsite locations.
• Test next-generation Microsoft Teams Rooms technology in the Evolution Lab to provide recommendations for collaborative solutions.
• Communicate technical incident, project, and status updates clearly in written and verbal formats.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms systems.
• Experience with AV equipment setup and technical support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of individual contribution and professional growth.
• Strong communication skills for technical reporting and status updates.
• Degree in any field.
