Lead technical direction for Microsoft-centric projects, ensuring architectural integrity and compliance across Azure and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical decision-making for .NET and Azure-based solutions.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle using .NET framework and SQL databases.
• Ensure all implementations strictly adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, and GDPR standards.
• Guide the engineering team through complex technical requirements and architectural challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and the Azure cloud platform.
• Strong proficiency with the .NET framework.
• Hands-on experience with SQL database management.
• Proven experience implementing HIPAA and HITECH compliance protocols.
• Working knowledge of GDPR regulations and data privacy standards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education in Computer Science or a related field.
