Description

Manage and optimize Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure for client environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable IT infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure smooth daily operation and maintenance of server environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues and incidents.
• Collaborate with clients to define and meet infrastructure requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Knowledge of storage systems and backup solutions.
• 0-2 years of experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in infrastructure consulting or client-facing roles.
• Ability to participate in problem-solving discussions.
