Description

Manage and maintain MicroStrategy analytics infrastructure to ensure high availability and minimal downtime. Own incident resolution through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive actions.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain analytics infrastructure to reduce system incidents and downtime.
• Handle production incidents by performing deep troubleshooting and providing root cause analysis with preventive actions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to debug and resolve environment issues.
• Mentor team members, track shift assignments, and manage rotational on-call schedules including nights and weekends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence tools.
• Expertise in MicroStrategy Administration, including Object Manager, Command Manager, System Manager, and Integrity Manager.
• Experience managing administration components: Users, User Groups, Security Roles, Database Instances, ODBCs, Subscriptions, Schedules, and Security Filters.
• Ability to design, build, and debug Reports, Dashboards, and Cubes in MicroStrategy.
• Proven track record in incident handling and identifying root causes.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience automating routine tasks in MicroStrategy.
• Knowledge of ThoughtSpot (Cloud) or Tableau (Cloud).
• Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, or Databricks.
