Description

You will manage and maintain the MicroStrategy infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and performance across all environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform capacity planning, monitoring, and performance tuning for MicroStrategy infrastructure and key performance indicators.
• Manage the migration of application and configuration objects from Dev to QA and Production using Object Manager and Command Manager.
• Administer user security, including the creation and modification of roles, LDAP groups, and user interface portals.
• Implement patches and handle day-to-day content administration such as folder, report, and user management.
• Collaborate with DBAs to set up and test new data sources and troubleshoot reporting issues related to cubes, reports, and dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MicroStrategy administration and infrastructure management.
• Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy suite tools including Developer, Command Manager, Architect, Object Manager, and License Manager.
• Proficiency with MicroStrategy SDK environment.
• Strong SQL troubleshooting skills for resolving report failures and data issues.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX operating systems.
• Experience in capacity sizing and planning for MicroStrategy components.
• Proven ability in report and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of project and Intelligence Server level governing settings.
