Description

You will design and implement end-to-end analytical solutions using MicroStrategy and other BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer requirements to convert technical needs into implementation roadmaps.
• Design and re-design schemas, business views, and dashboards to deliver key insights.
• Conduct workshops and create blueprint documents for project implementation.
• Build new objects in MicroStrategy, manage metadata, and use reports as data dictionary references.
• Execute testing, data validation, and feature enhancements for retail KPIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business intelligence solutions.
• 5+ years of mandatory hands-on experience with MicroStrategy.
• Proficiency with Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum methodology.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating user stories and detailed plans.
• Ability to analyze data and build visually appealing dashboards.
• Experience with metadata management and reporting object changes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the retail industry.
