Description

You will serve as the technical lead for BI delivery, owning the MicroStrategy platform and interfacing directly with business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business stakeholders to define technical specifications for BI solutions.
• Build complex MicroStrategy reports, documents, and interactive dashboards.
• Optimize report SQL and VLDB settings to ensure speed and efficiency.
• Write and troubleshoot advanced SQL across Databricks, Postgres, and Teradata.
• Lead Sprint cycles to ensure high-quality deployments and resolve production bottlenecks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience in BI development.
• Expertise in MicroStrategy development and architecture.
• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Strong skills in SQL.
• Experience integrating and optimizing data from Databricks.
• Ability to manage data connectivity between cloud sources and BI tools.
• Experience with Postgres and Teradata data sources.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams in agile environments.
