Description

You will manage BI platforms and drive technical excellence across application and platform service management.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical excellence and quality across BI platform implementations.
• Manage service delivery at both application and platform levels.
• Communicate technical requirements and presentations to multicultural, multi-location stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and ITIL methodologies to support infrastructure and BI workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Power BI or SAP Business Objects.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure-related work, preferably in 2nd line support or above.
• Solid experience in Service Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Strong English communication and relationship management skills.
• University-level education in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
