You will manage BI platforms, drive technical excellence, and oversee service delivery for application and platform implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage BI platform implementations and ensure technical quality standards.
• Oversee service delivery at both application and platform levels.
• Communicate technical requirements and deliver presentations to multicultural stakeholders.
• Apply Agile and ITIL methodologies to support infrastructure and BI workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with MicroStrategy.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Power BI or SAP Business Objects.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, preferably in 2nd line support or above.
• Solid experience in Service Management.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
• Strong English communication and relationship management skills.
• University-level education in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
