Description

Develop and maintain enterprise BI solutions using MicroStrategy, focusing on performance tuning and data integrity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize MicroStrategy reports and dashboards (10.x/11.x/Cloud) for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries, ensuring high performance on Oracle and Teradata RDBMS.
• Manage CI/CD deployments for BI assets using Git/Bitbucket and Autosys Scheduler.
• Apply data governance, security, and compliance standards to reporting workflows.
• Collaborate within an Agile framework using Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with MicroStrategy development.
• Advanced SQL skills with a focus on performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of BI, Data Warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Teradata databases.
• Proficiency in Git/Bitbucket for version control and CI/CD deployment.
• Familiarity with Autosys Scheduler for job orchestration.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence in an Agile process.
• Background in Banking or Financial Services domain.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and security compliance.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise reporting systems.
