Description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale BI reporting solutions using MicroStrategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and metrics for large-scale enterprise environments.
• Write and tune complex SQL queries for Oracle and Teradata databases to ensure performance.
• Implement data governance, security models, and compliance standards within the BI platform.
• Manage CI/CD deployments using Git, Bitbucket, and Autosys scheduler.
• Collaborate within an Agile framework using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with MicroStrategy (versions 10.x, 11.x, or Cloud).
• Advanced SQL proficiency with performance tuning expertise.
• Strong understanding of BI architecture, Data Warehousing, and ETL concepts.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS systems, specifically Oracle and Teradata.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/Bitbucket, and Autosys.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Domain exposure in Banking or Financial Services.
