Description

Migrate and re-engineer MicroStrategy assets, including dashboards, cubes, and reports, from Teradata to a GCP environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate MicroStrategy dashboards, documents, schemas, and reports from Teradata to GCP.
• Re-engineer SQL logic and transformations for BigQuery or other GCP storage layers.
• Rewrite and validate semantic objects, metrics, and filters against the new cloud architecture.
• Use Python for automation, data validation, and migration scripting.
• Optimize BI performance and support UAT and issue resolution.

Required Skills

• 6–10 years of MicroStrategy development experience.
• Hands-on experience migrating MicroStrategy from on-prem to cloud, specifically GCP.
• Strong SQL skills, with expertise rewriting Teradata SQL for BigQuery.
• Python scripting for automation and ETL support.
• Understanding of GCP services: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM, and Composer.
• Data Warehousing experience.
• Performance tuning skills for BI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in full-cycle BI migration projects.
