Description

Design, develop, and administer MicroStrategy solutions to support an analytics platform migration project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refactor MicroStrategy solutions for the analytics platform.
• Lead data migration from existing platforms to the new environment while ensuring data integrity.
• Optimize MicroStrategy reports and dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate data migration and report accuracy.
• Document MicroStrategy configurations, migration strategies, and tuning activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in MicroStrategy development and administration.
• Proven experience designing and implementing analytics solutions using MicroStrategy.
• Hands-on experience with data migration and transformation projects.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
• Ability to collaborate with data architects and database administrators.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
