Lead end-to-end development for complex business intelligence solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement semantic layers for large-scale data warehouse projects.
• Build MicroStrategy schema objects including logical tables, attributes, facts, hierarchies, metrics, and custom groups.
• Develop Dossiers, Dashboards, Web, and Mobile reports using advanced filters, level metrics, and transformations.
• Optimize report performance through VLDB properties and schema object tuning.
• Collaborate with architects and data analysts to review requirements and ensure optimal reporting schema design.

Required Skills

• Minimum 9 years of MicroStrategy development experience.
• Hands-on expertise with MicroStrategy Architect, Desktop, Developer, Web, Office, Narrowcast, and Distribution services.
• Proficiency in SQL and query troubleshooting in Teradata, Postgres, or Oracle databases.
• Deep understanding of Star, Snowflake, and Dimensional data modeling.
• Experience creating MicroStrategy Cubes, Dossiers, and complex reports using pass-through functions.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing methodologies and architecture.
• Ability to work with logical data models and various hierarchy types.

Preferred Skills

• MicroStrategy Certifications.
• Experience in the Financial domain.
