Description

You will administer and maintain the MicroStrategy Business Intelligence platform.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain MicroStrategy environments across on-premises and AWS cloud platforms.
• Monitor system health, analyze logs, and resolve performance issues to ensure availability.
• Automate routine administration tasks using shell scripting, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Manage MicroStrategy deployments in AWS, including integration support with Power BI.
• Implement and manage security models, including LDAP/AD integration and access controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting MicroStrategy environments.
• 5+ years of experience with Power BI, including report setup and workspace management.
• Strong experience with AWS cloud services (Quick Sight, EKS, Redshift).
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments, including shell scripting, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
• Knowledge of Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL Server.
• Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision.
• Expert ability to communicate technical issues to analysts and developers.
