You will design, build, and maintain core application systems, leading significant capability implementations and mentoring teammates on reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement self-contained systems within the team's domain.
• Lead implementations of significant capabilities in existing systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify domain problems and prescribe mitigation actions.
• Define test suites and instrumentation to ensure latency and availability targets are met in production.
• Mentor teammates on improving system reliability, security, and performance.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing large-scale solutions.
• Proficiency in Java and Angular 17.
• Experience with cloud providers such as Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on knowledge of Spring/SpringBoot and FastAPI.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design techniques and principles.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.
• Ability to optimize solutions for performance and resiliency.
