Description

You will manage and support Microsoft Active Directory and related identity services in a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and support Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot complex identity and directory service issues using structured methodologies.
• Execute security initiatives specifically related to Active Directory environments.
• Collaborate on technical documentation including requirements, engineering documents, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in change implementations and off-hour shifts during scheduled maintenance windows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience building and supporting Microsoft Active Directory.
• 3 years of experience supporting Microsoft ADFS.
• 5+ years of experience supporting various versions of Microsoft Server.
• Strong working knowledge of DNS and WINS.
• Experience working within regulated environments and following ITIL processes, including CMDB and change controls.
• Proven ability to work within documented technical procedures.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical collaboration.
• Ability to work onsite in North Quincy, MA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working across different technology teams on large-scale AD or ADFS engineering projects.
• Experience with security-focused Active Directory initiatives.
