Description

You will provide technical production support for enterprise systems within a 24/7 shift rotation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Triage, manage, and resolve technical issues across enterprise systems.
• Perform minor developments to existing support scripts to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate in program increment planning and prioritization sessions to represent support requirements.
• Monitor system health using distributed tracing, Kibana, and Dynatrace dashboards.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of enterprise-level production support experience.
• Proficiency with Java and microservices architectures.
• Working knowledge of Tanzu and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Kafka, DataStage, and MarkLogic.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience managing DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Kibana, Dynatrace, and Power BI.
• Competency in ServiceNow (Vancouver version or later).

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Fund Services business applications.
• Experience working within an Agile Scrum team.
