Description

You will own day 2 support and troubleshooting for networking and security infrastructure in Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot networking and security infrastructure within the Azure environment.
• Support F5 WAF implementations and resolve issues such as non-loading web pages.
• Perform packet capture analysis to identify traffic and return traffic reaching the firewall.
• Manage day 2 support operations for firewall configurations and connectivity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Proven experience with Azure networking.
• Hands-on experience with Day 2 support and troubleshooting of firewalls.
• Proficiency with Firepower, Azure, or Palo Alto firewalls.
• Experience supporting F5 WAF and troubleshooting web traffic issues.
• Ability to perform packet capture analysis.
• Must live within 3 hours of the Arizona time zone.
