You will drive technology implementation and change management within a higher education environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess change impact and develop strategies to support complex institutional initiatives.
• Collaborate with university departments and stakeholders to define technology requirements.
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for technical improvement.
• Execute change management plans, including communication, training programs, and workshops.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of technology on academic outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in higher education.
• Experience managing complex change initiatives and change strategy.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional academic teams.
• Experience assisting with the implementation and integration of new technologies.
• Skill in developing communication plans and user training programs.
• Ability to conduct in-depth system and process analysis.
• Experience using data to measure initiative outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
