You will manage operational processes and merchant configurations to support marketplace growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create, document, and evolve operational processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Execute merchant onboarding by sourcing assets and ensuring promotional offerings align with client requirements.
• Perform QA on web pages, email rendering, deeplinks, modules, and ARS links.
• Manage the publication of offers and maintain affiliate links and weekly module configurations.
• Implement automation solutions and monitor marketplace failures through programmatic alerting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Experience with QA processes for marketing campaigns and web content.
• Ability to perform manual testing on email rendering and link functionality.
• Proficiency in managing merchant data and promotional assets.
• Experience with programmatic monitoring and alerting.
• Knowledge of ARS links.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Marketing departments.
