Description

You will manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networks, and security systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users.
• Implement security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all supported systems and devices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.
• Proficiency with DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.
• Experience managing Windows and Linux platforms.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies like VMware and Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Azure, and cloud computing concepts.
• Knowledge of VPN and Wi-Fi technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple technologies.
• Collaboration with IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex technical issues.
