Description

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise federal health systems using JEE, Spring MVC, and Hibernate. You will own full-stack delivery from database to UI, ensuring secure and performant applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Spring JDBC, Hibernate, and JEE.
• Build responsive front-ends with Angular 18+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Implement SOAP/RESTful web services and process XML data structures.
• Write and execute unit tests, managing complex user stories across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines using Gradle and SonarQube within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Design and development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Angular 18+, TypeScript, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: Bootstrap, jQuery, Ajax, Tiles.
• Knowledge of SOAP/RESTful APIs, XML, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with CI principles, Gradle, Git (Stash), and JIRA.
• Understanding of web application security vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
